Accomplishment List
The How-To Guide
This list outlines the various ways that your character can earn experience in the game which essentially levels them up. Please read all information in full before posting your requests for level increases. If there is ever anything you don’t understand then please feel free to reach out to the administrator or member of staff and they can walk you through the process.
Experience is displayed in the form of stars. There are five star slots for each level (except for Divine); with the sixth upgrade being the point that actually carries you to the next CHARACTER LEVEL. Basically if you were to start from the very beginning as a Non-Combatant, it would take you 36 upgrade entries to reach Divine status. Reaching Divine status requires a very special set of rules before that level and its privileges can be granted to any given character.
Here are the steps to requesting a character upgrade:
1.) Review the Accomplishment List in the next post below to ensure that your character’s actions fully qualify for the type of experience you’re aiming for.
2.) Pick up the Upgrade Application in the application documents section, copy the code, and paste it in a new thread within the Request Character Upgrades area. Please make sure to format all of your proof exactly as requested so that we can review your request faster and allocate credit. (See instructions)
3.) Once completed, the Analyst or Administrator will review your information and determine if it qualifies for the credit or not. If it qualifies for an experience upgrade please allow 24 – 48 for the updates to finish processing on your character. A staff member will let you know when this process has been completed and you’re good to go.

Complete Accomplishment List
PLAYER SPECIFIC
These accomplishments give you an experience boost to one character of your choosing.
- Refer a friend: Have a friend join Prayers of Heresy and be active for at least one month with an accepted character. To receive credit on a character that’s ranked Adept or higher, that player’s character must have earned one star of experience in addition to the minimum one month of activity.
- Adopt an archived character: Must be active with them for at least one month and must also earn a star of experience with them.
- 1-Year Player Anniversary: Player must be active for at least 8 of the 12 months to qualify.
- Great idea! Suggest something to help improve or enhance the game. If your idea is implemented the you earn one star.
LEVEL SPECIFIC
Please defer to the color code levels in order to determine the quantity required for your specific character to qualify. These accomplishments can only be completed once in each of their level categories. You must complete the exact assigned number while you are that particular level. You cannot cash in on previous level-based accomplishments to backtrack additional experience.
- Complete 5 / 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 threads that have a minimum of 10 posts from everyone involved where you play a dynamic, driving force in the plot. 1 or 2 post wonders will not qualify in this regard. You cannot reuse previous threads that have already been counted for this accomplishment at a previous level.
- Complete 1 / 3 / 5 / 7 / 9 / 12 propositions.
- Reach 25 / 50 / 100 / 250 / 500 / 1000 total role-play posts for your character account. You do not need to document each individual post on this one. Just flag the Analyst to review the character account for credit. This accomplishment also allows using the previously counted posts towards the new total.
- Expert / Master / Divine Levels only: Mentor an apprentice in a skill that you know, and have them earn a star to gain yours.
CHARACTER SPECIFIC
- Earn a title from a prominent establishment or noble family member.
- Complete a training course, mentor-ship, or semester of study with a Meister or veteran player-character ranked Expert level or higher.
- Win a major battle. If you commanded the attack your character will earn 2 stars. (Subject to full review by the War Captains, Analyst, and Administrator.)
- Head up a plot arc that helps aid your faction in achieving their goals in a major way. (Subject to full review by the Analyst and Administrator.)
- 1-Year Character Anniversary: Character must be active for at least 8 of the 12 months to qualify.
