The "First Come, First Serve" Rule
As more players come and create characters, there might be a great idea that a player comes up with that makes their character unique if the administration allows it as an exception. It could be anything from a type of attack style to a rare background story that justifies a class combination selection that would otherwise not be possible. The administration has the right to permit this atypical characteristic for a player under the "First Come, First Serve" rule.
- This means that the administration will allow an individual, or limited number of individuals, to have a unique trait or background as an exception to the current rules, but upholds the right to block all other future applicants who try to copy or mimic similar aspects of that first profile.
- The rule will also apply to times if there are a glut of a particular kind of character application or class selection that cause an imbalance or impasse of movement within the game. The administration reserves the right to put a temporary ban on players being able to create certain profiles at that time, but may choose to lift that ban at any time once they feel there is now a sufficient balance of characters to permit re-application again.
If you are ever asked to change an aspect or profile type due to the First Come, First Serve rule we ask that you comply with the request. Players may choose to shelve the idea for a later time if it is simply an issue of over-saturation. The administration will let you know if it's an over-saturation issue, or if it simply the fact that someone else has claimed it first and the administration is banning further replication of that particular trait.
