BAR TENDERS
3 - 5 positions open to cover all areas accordingly.
Responsibility Level: Mostly Low then spikes to Heavy - The DMing portion is very heavy. But you're only required to do the job once in a while.
In the world of Final Fantasy Tactics, additional propositions (or quests) were given to the player via the bar tenders in the various cities. Huge rewards were given as a result in completing them. The duty of the Bar Tenders are to give propositions to other player characters and then utilize NPC accounts to essentially Dungeon Master (DM) the events and obstacles the characters will have to overcome to complete the proposition in the respective location. The administration already has the quest objectives, rewards, and difficulty levels written up based on the ones that exist from the game. Bar Tenders will need to role-play out the proposition's difficulty level based on, and in comparison to, the characters that take on the task. If the characters are not high enough in skill, or in party size, to complete the proposition then characters should be rated with a high probability of failure and played out accordingly.
- Bar Tenders will be allocated a new proposition to give to characters after 1- 3 months of completing the last proposition. Once given a proposition, the Bar Tender has roughly 3 to 5 months to complete DMing the proposition once accepted by a character party.
- Bar Tenders are expected to report to the Analyst when characters have completed the proposition.
NOTE: A Bar Tender cannot have any of their own characters participate in the propositions they oversee, they will need to obtain one from a different Bar Tender if that is the case.
KEEPER OF THE PEACE

Responsibility Level: Low - Must be a good "people person".
Player disputes are forwarded to the Keeper of the Peace who reviews the situation and converses with the players via email, PMs, or chat systems to come to terms of agreement. If the Keeper of the Peace cannot barter a resolution between parties through diplomatic measures then they must work with the administrator to resolve the issue. The Keeper of the Peace also logs any players disputes in the Staff forums.
MEISTERS
Arms, Experience, and Study positions open
Responsibility Level: Moderate - Depends on player population and number of requests.
These staff members play NPCs that challenge characters through organized institutions or individual mentors so that other player-characters can increase their skills or potential in the event actual PCs of that experience level are not yet in play. Each Meister specializes in creating, role-playing out, and training characters through comprehensive quests or activities specific to character levels. A Meister of Arms will teach weaponry and fighting skills, the Meister of Study teaches magic or knowledge-based training regimes, and the Meister of Experience supports the other two by customizing additional quests or activities and communicating with Bar Tenders to see if a character has the ability to participate in any active propositions.
WAR CAPTAINS
3 positions open

If a War Captain happens to come across a player-character that is grossly misusing abilities outside of their guidelines then they are permitted to intervene and notify the administrator.
