Travel Times
Travel is relative in Prayers of Heresy, and in the spirit of the game it has been decided that it takes one day by foot to reach the next point on the map. Please defer to the MAP to see all of the points and paths when calculating travel and thread dates. Those who are caught being out of compliance with following the travel time rules will be required to edit or ret-con threads depending upon the circumstance. Please make sure that you do your due diligence in calculating thread times correctly with your character.
However there is more than one method of travel, so we have adjusted the times based on size and movement capabilities. Please know that Time Mages cannot teleport from one location point to another, nor can a party be 'hasted' to increase their speed by foot. Those skills are battle-based abilities only, and applicable for immediate area ranges.
TRAVEL BREAKDOWNS Calculated by moving to the next nearby location.
Carrier Pigeon = 1/2 day per point
Individuals on Chocobo = Remove 1 day from total travel time
Individuals on foot = 1 day per point
Caravan, Ship, or Party over 5 people = Add 2 days to total travel time
Military / Refugee Contingent = 2 days per point
